The BASEMENT MEDIA FESTIVAL is an annual traveling screening event, showcasing contemporary low-fidelity moving image works. Founded in response to hi-res commercial media and corporate-sponsored film fests, Basement is a celebration of the mediated experience as an aesthetic experience.
